Results of Creditors Meeting & General Meeting

Following the announcement made on the 19 August 2024, Curzon Energy Plc (LON:CZN) announces that at the General Meeting, held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.  

Further to the above, the Creditors Voluntary Arrangement proposal was also approved by the requisite majorities of the creditors at a meeting of the creditors held earlier today.
