Application for revocation of the admission of the shares in the Prime
Standard segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange

The shares of GSW Immobilien AG (ISIN DE000GSW1111/ WKN GSW111) are
admitted to trading in the Regulated Market at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange
(Prime Standard) and in the Regulated Market at the Berlin Stock Exchange.
The Management Board of GSW Immobilien AG has today resolved to submit an
application for revocation of admission of the shares to the Prime Standard
and to shift to the General Standard. Further it has been decided to submit
an application for cancellation of the admission of the shares in the
Berlin Stock Exchange.
The purpose of these measures is the reduction of obligations linked to the
listings.
