On February 26, 2014, Mr Carl Ernst Veit Paas, Schweiz has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on Beta Systems Software AG, Berlin, Deutschland, have exceeded the
3%, 5% and 10% threshold of the Voting Rights on February 25, 2014 and on
that day amounted to 12.27% (this corresponds to 2434976 Voting Rights).
5.04% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1000000 Voting Rights) are
attributed to Mr Paas in accordance with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1,
No. 6 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
