1. On February 27, 2014, BlackRock Advisors Holdings, Inc., New York, NY,
   U.S.A. has informed us according to section 21 para. 1 WpHG that its
   percentage of voting rights in Allianz SE, Munich, Germany, has exceeded
   the 5% threshold on February 25, 2014 and on that day amounted to 5.001%
   (this corresponds to 22,830,353 voting rights).

According to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 WpHG, 5.001% of the voting rights (this corresponds to
22,830,353 voting rights) are to be attributed to the company.

1. On February 28, 2014, BlackRock Advisors Holdings, Inc., New York, NY,
   U.S.A. has informed us according to section 21 para. 1 WpHG that its
   percentage of voting rights in Allianz SE, Munich, Germany, has fallen
   below the 5% threshold on February 26, 2014 and on that day amounted to
   4.998% (this corresponds to 22,816,184 voting rights).

According to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 WpHG, 4.998% of the voting rights (this corresponds to
22,816,184 voting rights) are to be attributed to the company.
