On March 06, 2014, Mr Dr. Erhard F. Grossnigg, Österreich, has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on ESTAVIS AG, Berlin, Deutschland, have fallen below the 5% and 3%
threshold of the Voting Rights on March 05, 2014 and on that day amounted
to 2.35% (this corresponds to 470000 Voting Rights).
1.75% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 350000 Voting Rights) are
attributed to Mr Grossnigg in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
