Correction of a noticification from 27 February 2014 regarding proportion
of voting rights pursuant to Sec. 21 para. 1, Sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1
of the WpHG

On 12 March 2014, Mr Guenther Mueller, Germany, has informed us according
to Section 21, para. 1 of the WpHG that via shares his voting rights on
InVision AG, Ratingen, Germany, have fallen below the thresholds of 10% and
5% of the voting rights on 25 February 2014 and on that day amounted to
4.508% (this corresponds to 100,744 voting rights in relation to the total
of 2,235,000 voting rights).

4.508% of voting rights (this corresponds to 100,744 voting rights in
relation to the total of 2,235,000 voting rights) are attributed to Mr
Guenther Mueller, Germany, according to Section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 of
the WpHG.

Attributed voting rights are held by the following companies under his
control, whose share of the voting rights in InVision AG amounts to 3
percent or more:
- ASC telecom AG, Hoesbach, Germany
