With letter of March 12, 2014, we have been notified of the following
correction of the notification as of February 17, 2014:

UBH Holding GmbH, Zossen, Deutschland has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 WpHG that its Voting Rights in HeidelbergCement AG,
Heidelberg, Deutschland, because of the change of the total number of
Voting Rights due to a capital increase by way of contribution in kind have
fallen below the 25% threshold of the Voting Rights on February 13, 2014
and on that day amounted to 24.95% (46,887,365 Voting Rights).

Out of these 24.95% of the Voting Rights (46,887,365 Voting Rights) were
attributed to UBH Holding GmbH according to Article 22 Section 1 sent. 1
no. 1 WpHG.

The Voting Rights in HeidelbergCement AG attributed to UBH Holding GmbH
were held by the following enterprise controlled by UBH Holding GmbH, whose
share of Voting Rights in HeidelbergCement AG each amount to 3% or more:

• Spohn Cement Beteiligungen GmbH.
