First Sensor resolves legal assertion of claims against Honeywell

Berlin, March 13, 2014 - Following the failed attempt at an out-of-court
settlement, the Management Board of First Sensor AG resolved today to
assert claims against Honeywell Control Systems Ltd., Bracknell, Berkshire,
United Kingdom in court. As a first step, an action for part of the claim
in the amount of approximately EUR1.7 million will be filed with the Munich
II District Court. The Management Board estimates that the total claims
against Honeywell amount to approximately EUR3.6 million in total. They
result from compensation claims due to the termination of a dealership
agreement, claims for damages due to non-delivery, and obligations to take
back inventories.
