On March 11, 2014 Amadeus FiRe AG received the following voting right
announcement:

On March 11, 2014, FIL Investments International, Hildenborough, United
Kingdom has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that
via shares its Voting Rights on Amadeus FiRe AG, Frankfurt, Deutschland,
have fallen below the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on March 11, 2014
and on that day amounted to 4.83% (this corresponds to 250,912 Voting
Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 4.83% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 250,912 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
The voting rights attributable to FIL Investments International were held
via the following shareholder whose share of voting rights in Amadeus FiRe
AG amounted to 3% or more: FIDELITY SICAV

On 12th of March 2014 Amadeus FiRe AG received the following voting right

   Rights on Amadeus FiRe AG, Frankfurt, Deutschland, have fallen below the 5%
   threshold of the Voting Rights on March 11, 2014 and on that day amounted
   to 4.83% (this corresponds to 250,912 Voting Rights).
   According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 4.83% of
   the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 250,912 Voting Rights) is to be
   attributed to the company.

   via shares its Voting Rights on Amadeus FiRe AG, Frankfurt, Deutschland,
   have fallen below the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on March 11, 2014
