   us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its
   Voting Rights on Deutsche Annington Immobilien SE, Düsseldorf, Deutschland,
   have fallen below the 10% threshold of the Voting Rights on March 10, 2014
   and on that day amounted to 6.91% (this corresponds to 16593297 Voting
   Rights).

6.91% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 16593297 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed
Voting Rights are held by the following companies under its control, whose
share of the Voting Rights in Deutsche Annington Immobilien SE amounts to 3
percent or more: Citicorp Banking Corporation, CPI Capital Partners Europe
GP LLC.

   has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via

   March 10, 2014 and on that day amounted to 6.91% (this corresponds to
