Vienna, 14 March 2014. Raiffeisen Bank International AG (RBI) had announced
that it planned to fully redeem the participation capital on or around 15
March 2014.

RBI has not yet received notification from the Austrian regulatory
authority regarding the filed application. We are currently in close
contact with the regulatory authority and aim to fully redeem the
participation capital as soon as possible.
