With reference to our notification as of March 13, 2014, we hereby correct
our notification with regard to lit. A as follows:

'A. KL Holding GmbH, Zossen, Germany, has informed us according to Article
21, Section 1 WpHG that its Voting Rights in HeidelbergCement AG,
Heidelberg, Germany, have exceeded the thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10%, 15% 20%
and 25% of the Voting Rights on March 12, 2014 and on that day amounted to
25.428% (this corresponds to 47,782,702 Voting Rights).

From these, 0.476% (895,337 Voting Rights) are attributed to KL Holding
GmbH according to Article 22, Section 1 Sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.

Further 24.951% Voting Rights held by Spohn Cement Beteiligungen GmbH
(46,887,365 Voting Rights) are attributed to KL Holding GmbH according to
Article 22, Section 2 WpHG.'
