Market Purchase of Company's Own Shares

Notification is given that pursuant to the authority granted at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 18 April 2024 to make market purchases of the Company's own shares.

A market purchase of  20,250 ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company was made on 29 August 2024 at a price of 175.1481p per share. 

The shares will be placed into treasury.

The issued share capital of the Company remains at 331,750,000 ordinary shares of 5p per share; following this purchase into treasury, the total voting rights and the figure to be used as the denominator for calculations of interests in the Company's voting rights is  303,925,493 shares.
