Dissemination of a voting rights notification pursuant to Article 21
Section 1 WpHG (share)

Credit Suisse Fund Management S.A., Luxembourg, Luxembourg, informed us on
March 18, 2014 pursuant to Article 21 Section 1 Sentence 1 WpHG that on
March 12, 2014 its voting rights in QSC AG, Cologne, Germany, have exceeded
the threshold of 3% and on this day amount to 3.0003% (3,724,644 voting
rights).

Thereof 0.74092% (919,795 voting rights) are to be attributed to Credit
Suisse Fund Management S.A. pursuant to Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 1 No.
6 WpHG.
