PR24 - South West Water and SES Water Submit Representations to Ofwat's Draft Determinations for K8 Period (2025-2030)

Today, South West Water and Sutton and East Surrey (SES) Water have submitted their responses to Ofwat's Draft Determinations in respect of the K8 period covering 2025 to 2030.

We welcomed Ofwat's recognition in July of the high quality of both business plans within the Group, which are underpinned by significant support from both customers and stakeholders.

In that context, we have kept our responses to a minimum, and have raised areas of representation in areas we believe are fundamental in delivering a balanced plan for all our communities.

We look forward to continuing our constructive dialogue with Ofwat in the lead-up to the Final Determinations, and due later this year.
