Eckert & Ziegler to Recommend Dividend Payment

Berlin, 25 March 2014. The company Eckert & Ziegler Strahlen- und
Medizintechnik AG (ISIN DE0005659700) showed a slight decrease in sales
from 120 to 117 million EUR. As the Supervisory Board stated at its balance
sheet meeting held today, the profit per share was 1.72 EUR, or 9.1 million
EUR (previous year: 1.95 EUR per share and 10.3 million EUR). At the
General Shareholders' Meeting to be held on 22 May 2014, the Executive
Board and the Supervisory Board will propose a dividend of 0.60 EUR per
share entitled to a dividend (previous year: 0.60 EUR per share). The
complete figures will be published on 27 March 2014.
