Increased Third Quarterly Dividend
The Directors of the Company are pleased to announce a third interim dividend for the financial year ending 30 September 2024 of 2.85 pence per ordinary share. This is an increase of 3.6% from the third interim dividend of 2.75 pence per ordinary share paid during the financial year ended 30 September 2023.
This dividend will be paid on 30 September 2024 to shareholders registered at the close of business on 6 September 2024 with an ex-dividend date of 5 September 2024.
In combination with the three previous quarterly dividends paid by the Company this represents a dividend yield of 3.7% based upon the closing share price of the Company as at 22 August 2024. *
