On March 26, 2014, Mr. Tito Tettamanti, Switzerland, has informed us
pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG, that his percentage of voting rights in
PSI Aktiengesellschaft für Produkte und Systeme der
Informationstechnologie, Berlin, Deutschland, has exceeded the threshold of
3% on March 21, 2014 and amounted to 3.12% (490,000 voting rights) as per
this date. All of these voting rights are to be attributed to him pursuant
to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG. Attributed voting rights are hold via
the following companies that are controlled by Tito Tettamanti and whose
holdings of voting rights amount to 3% each or more in PSI AG:

• STERLING STATEGIC VALUE LIMITED
• GRITLOT LIMTED

On March 26, 2014, GRITLOT LIMITED, Douglas, Isle of Man, has informed us
pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG, that its percentage of voting rights in
PSI Aktiengesellschaft für Produkte und Systeme der
Informationstechnologie, Berlin, Deutschland, has exceeded the threshold of
3% on March 21, 2014 and amounted to 3.12% (490,000 voting rights) as per
this date. All of these voting rights are to be attributed to it pursuant
to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG. Attributed voting rights are held via
the following companies that are controlled by GRITLOT LIMITED and whose
holdings of voting rights amount to 3% each or more in PSI AG:

British Virgin Islands, has informed us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG,
that its percentage of voting rights in PSI Aktiengesellschaft für Produkte
und Systeme der Informationstechnologie, Berlin, Deutschland, has exceeded
the threshold of 3% on March 21, 2014 and amounted to 3.12% (490,000 voting
rights) as per this date.
