KION MPP Verwaltungs GmbH - Notifications of Voting Rights

With regards to the notifications of voting rights of KION MPP Verwaltungs
GmbH as of July 3, 2013 (published on July 4, 2013) and as of September 2,
2013 (published on September 2, 2013), the first stating a voting rights
percentage of 3.39% pursuant to articles 21 sec. 1a, 22 sec. 1 sentence 1
no. 1 WpHG and the second stating the falling below the 3% threshold
pursuant to art. 21 sec. 1 WpHG, we declare that these notifications were
legally not necessary and hereby withdraw them.
