Correction of the publication of March31, 2014:

On March 28, 2014, JP Morgan Asset Management Holding Inc., London,
Grossbritannien has informed us according to Art. 8 and 9 of Transparency
Law of Great-Duchy of Luxembourg and not as published by mistake according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
SAF-HOLLAND S.A., Luxembourg, Großherzogtum Luxemburg, have exceeded the 5%
threshold of the Voting Rights on March 27, 2014 and on that day amounted
to 5.02% (this corresponds to 2275180 Voting Rights).
