informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Amadeus FiRe AG, Frankfurt, Deutschland, have exceeded
the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on March 12, 2014 and on that day
amounted to 5.00% (this corresponds to 260066 Voting Rights).
5.00% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 260066 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
