On April 08, 2014, Ms Christine Piekenbrock-Oesterlee, Deutschland has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
her Voting Rights on Vossloh Aktiengesellschaft, Werdohl, Deutschland, have
fallen below the 30%, 25%, 20%, 15%, 10%, 5% and 3% threshold of the Voting
Rights on November 29, 2013 and on that day amounted to 0.13% (this
corresponds to 17582 Voting Rights).
0.003% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 440 Voting Rights) are
