RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

CRH plc announces that today, 20th August 2024, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 22,046 Ordinary Shares at price of €24.24, and at prices between £20.11 and £31.04 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transaction, CRH plc holds 41,115,068 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 681,839,932.
