On April 15, 2014, Schutzgemeinschaft der Kapitalanleger e.V., München,
Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on COLEXON Energy AG, Hamburg,
Deutschland, have exceeded the 3%, 5% and 10% threshold of the Voting
Rights on April 14, 2014 and on that day amounted to 13.07% (this
corresponds to 2318054 Voting Rights).
13.02% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2310052 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed
Voting Rights are held by the following shareholders, whose share of the
Voting Rights in COLEXON Energy AG amounts to 3 percent or more: Viba
sweets GmbH.
