1. Tanja van Dinter, Germany, notified us pursuant to sec 21 para 1 of the
   German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) that her share of the voting rights in
   STRATEC Biomedical AG, Birkenfeld, Germany, exceeded the thresholds of 15,
   20 and 25% on April 27, 2014 and amounted to 29.53% on this date (3,476,286
   voting rights). Of these, 20.16% (2,373,333 voting rights) were
   attributable to her pursuant to sec. 22 para 2 WpHG via Herdor GmbH & Co.
   KG, Bettina Siegle and Ralf Leistner, which all hold at least 3% of the
   voting rights.

2. Bettina Siegle, Germany, notified us pursuant to sec. 21 para 1 of the
   German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) that her share of the voting rights in
   STRATEC Biomedical AG, Birkenfeld, Germany, exceeded the thresholds of 15,
   20 and 25% on April 27, 2014 and amounted to 29.68% on this date (3,493,954
   voting rights). Of these, 20.16% (2,373,333 voting rights) were
   attributable to her pursuant to sec. 22 para 2 WpHG via Herdor GmbH & Co.
   KG, Tanja van Dinter and Ralf Leistner, which all hold at least 3% of the
   voting rights.

3. Ralf Leistner, Germany, notified us pursuant to sec. 21 para 1 of the
   German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) that his share of the voting rights in
   STRATEC Biomedical AG, Birkenfeld, Germany, exceeded the thresholds of 15,
   20 and 25% on April 27, 2014 and amounted to 29.73% on this date (3,499,343
   voting rights). Of these, 20.16% (2,373,334 voting rights) were
   attributable to him pursuant to sec. 22 para 2 WpHG via Herdor GmbH & Co.
   KG, Tanja van Dinter and Bettina Siegle, which all hold at least 3% of the
   voting rights.

4. Hermann Leistner, Germany, notified us pursuant to sec. 21 para 1 of the
   German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) that his share of the voting rights in
   STRATEC Biomedical AG, Birkenfeld, Germany, exceeded the thresholds of 15,
   20 and 25% on April 27, 2014 and amounted to 25.79% on this date (3,035,456
   voting rights). Of these, 25.40% (2,990,000 voting rights) were
   attributable to him pursuant both to sec. 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG
   and to sec. 22 para 2 WpHG via Herdor Beteiligungs GmbH, Herdor GmbH & Co.
   KG, Tanja van Dinter, Bettina Siegle and Ralf Leistner, which all hold at
   least 3% of the voting rights.

5. Doris Leistner, Germany, notified us pursuant to sec. 21 para 1 of the
   German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) that her share of the voting rights in
   STRATEC Biomedical AG, Birkenfeld, Germany, exceeded the thresholds of 15,
   20 and 25% on April 27, 2014 and amounted to 25.74% on this date (3,030,235
   voting rights). Of these, 25.40% (2,990,000 voting rights) were
   attributable to her pursuant both to sec. 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG
   and to sec. 22 para 2 WpHG via Herdor Beteiligungs GmbH, Herdor GmbH & Co.
   KG, Tanja van Dinter, Bettina Siegle and Ralf Leistner, which all hold at
   least 3% of the voting rights.

6. Herdor GmbH & Co. KG, Germany, notified us pursuant to sec 21 para 1 of
   the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) that its share of the voting
   rights in STRATEC Biomedical AG, Birkenfeld, Germany, exceeded the
   thresholds of 10, 15, 20 and 25% on April 27, 2014 and amounted to 25.40%
   on this date (2,990,000 voting rights). Of these, 15.72% (1,850,000 voting
   rights) were attributable to it pursuant to sec. 22 para 2 WpHG via Tanja
   van Dinter, Bettina Siegle and Ralf Leistner, which all hold at least 3% of
   the voting rights.

7. Herdor Beteiligungs GmbH, Germany, notified us pursuant to sec. 21 para
   1 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) that its share of the voting
   rights in STRATEC Biomedical AG, Birkenfeld, Germany, exceeded the
   thresholds of 10, 15, 20 and 25% on April 27, 2014 and amounted to 25.40%
   on this date (2,990,000 voting rights). Of these, 25.40% (2.990,000 voting
   rights) were attributable to it pursuant both to sec. 22 para 1 sentence 1
   no. 1 WpHG and to sec. 22 para 2 WpHG via Herdor GmbH & Co. KG, Tanja van
   Dinter, Bettina Siegle and Ralf Leistner, which all hold at least 3% of the
   voting rights.
