On April 30, 2014, BlackRock Group Limited, London, U.K., informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that on April 28, 2014 its
percentage of voting rights in SAP AG, Walldorf, Germany, fell below the 3%
threshold of the voting rights and on that day amounted to 2.99% (this
corresponds to 36,813,000 voting rights).
All of these voting rights are attributed to BlackRock Group Limited in
accordance with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG.
