Director Retirement and Change in the Chair of the Audit & Management Engagement Committee and Senior Independent Director

Following the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting on 13 August 2024, Jo Dixon retired as a non-executive director of the Company.  Jo was the Chair of the Audit & Management Engagement Committee and the Senior Independent Director.

As indicated within the Company's Annual Report and Financial Statements to 30 April 2024, Nick Bannerman has now become the Chairman of the Audit & Management Engagement Committee and Graham Oldroyd has become the Senior Independent Director.
