On May 09, 2014, Ministry of Finance, Oslo, Norway, on behalf of the State
of Norway has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on alstria office REIT-AG, Hamburg,
Germany, have fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on May 07,
2014 and on that day amounted to 2.62% (this corresponds to 2070004 Voting
Rights).
2.62% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2070004 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).

On May 09, 2014, Norges Bank (the Central Bank of Norway), Oslo, Norway,
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via

fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on May 07, 2014 and on
