1. The following entity has notified ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG on 9 May 2014
   by notification pursuant to § 21 para. 1 of the German Securities Trading
   Act (WpHG) as follows:

Norges Bank (the Central Bank of Norway)

The share of voting rights of Norges Bank (the Central Bank of Norway),
Oslo, Norway, in ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG, Medienallee 7, 85774
Unterföhring, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3% on 7 May 2014 and, on
this date, amounted to 3.03% of the total number of voting rights
(6,637,047 voting rights of a total number of 218,797,200 voting rights) in
ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG.

1. The following entity has notified ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG on 9 May 2014
   by notification pursuant to §§ 21 para. 1, 22 of the German Securities
   Trading Act (WpHG) as follows:

Ministry of Finance on behalf of the State of Norway

The share of voting rights of the Ministry of Finance on behalf of the
State of Norway, Oslo, Norway, in ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG, Medienallee 7,
85774 Unterföhring, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3% on 7 May 2014
and, on this date, amounted to 3.03% of the total number of voting rights
(6,637,047 voting rights of a total number of 218,797,200 voting rights) in
ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG.

This share of voting rights that were held through the Norges Bank - whose
share of voting rights amounted to 3% or more of the total number of voting
rights in ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG - was attributed to the Ministry of
Finance on behalf of the State of Norway pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1
no. 1 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG).
