freenet AG approves dividend payout of 185.6 million euros
– Annual General Meeting approves dividend of 1.45 euros per dividend-bearing share (previous year: 1.35 euros)
– Payout ratio increased to 72.5 percent of free cash flow* (previous year: 66 percent)
– New conditional capital in the amount of 12.8 million euros created
Büdelsdorf, 13 May 2014 – At today’s Annual General Meeting of freenet AG [ISIN DE000A0Z2ZZ5], at which about 42 percent of the capital was represented, all of the resolutions proposed by the management were approved by a large majority.
Net debt was further reduced to 427.2 million euros, compared with 451.9 million euros in the previous year. As a result, the debt ratio has improved to 1.2.
Among other things, new conditional capital in the amount of 12.8 million euros was created.
