Securities Trading Act) (share)

J O Hambro Capital Management Limited, London, United Kingdom, informed us
pursuant to section 21 para. 1 sentence 1 WpHG that on May 12, 2014 its
voting rights in QSC AG, Cologne, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 5% and
on this day amount to 5.19% (6,437,611 voting rights). Thereof 5.19%
(6,437,611 voting rights) are attributed to J O Hambro Capital Management
Limited pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 No. 6 WpHG.
