On May 13, 2014, Ministry of Finance, Oslo, Norway on behalf of the State
of Norway has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on alstria office REIT-AG, Hamburg,
Germany, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on May 12,
2014 and on that day amounted to 3.47% (this corresponds to 2742004 Voting
Rights). 3.47% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2742004 Voting Rights)
are attributed to the company by Norges Bank in accordance with Article 22,
Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).

On May 13, 2014, Norges Bank (the Central Bank of Norway), Oslo, Norway has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on alstria office REIT-AG, Hamburg, Germany, have
exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on May 12, 2014 and on that
day amounted to 3.47% (this corresponds to 2742004 Voting Rights).
