On May 13, 2014, Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, Frankfurt am Main,
Germany, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on HeidelbergCement AG, Heidelberg,
Germany, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on May 07,
2014 and on that day amounted to 4.64% (this corresponds to 8720557 Voting
Rights).

Of these voting rights, 0.005% (8450 voting rights) are to be attributed to
the company pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG.
