On May 13, 2014, the Norwegian Ministry of Finance, Oslo, Norway, has
informed us on behalf of the State of Norway according to Article 21,
Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on freenet AG,
Büdelsdorf, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting
Rights on May 12, 2014 and on that day amounted to 3.30% (this corresponds
to 4230926 Voting Rights).
3.30% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 4230926 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the State of Norway in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act) via Norges
Bank.
