Cancellation of share premium account

Following shareholder approval at the Company's AGM on 20 May 2024, the Company is pleased to announce that the final hearing in the Court process to reduce the Company's share premium account was held on 16 July 2024 and an order was pronounced by the Court (the Order) confirming the cancellation which means £423,098,334 can be attributed to a distributable reserve of the Company.

The Order has been registered at Companies House on 1 August 2024, together with a statement of capital approved by the Court. The order has been advertised in The Times newspaper, all procedural steps have now been completed.
