On May 20, 2014, Universal-Investment-Gesellschaft mbH, Frankfurt am Main,
Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on CENIT AG, Stuttgart, Deutschland, have
exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on May 15, 2014 and on that
day amounted to 3.19% (this corresponds to 266940 Voting Rights).
2.36% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 197857 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
