On 5 August 2024, under the rules of the Helical plc Share Incentive Plan (the "Plan"), Helical Bar Trustees Limited, awarded 2,663 ordinary shares to directors, PDMRs and employees at the closing mid-market price on 2 August 2024 of 225.50p. The shares were awarded under the Dividend Share element of the Plan.
