On May 20, 2014 ,UBS AG, Zurich, Switzerland informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that on May 14, 2014 its voting rights in
Deutsche Börse Aktiengesellschaft, Mergenthaler Allee 61, 65760 Eschborn,
Germany, exceeded the 3% threshold of the voting rights and on that day
amounted to 3.09% (this corresponds to 5960058 voting rights).

0.47% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 900976 voting rights) are
to be attributed to the company according to Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG.
