Amendment to Management Fee

The Board of EGL is pleased to inform Shareholders of an agreed reduction in the level of management fees payable to the Company's investment manager.

With effect from 1 October 2024, the management fee will be 0.9% per annum of net assets up to £200 million, 0.75% per annum of net assets between £200 million and £400 million; and 0.6% per annum of net assets over £400 million. 

Up to 30 September 2024, the existing management fee will continue to be charged at the rate of 1% per annum of net assets up to £200 million and 0.75% per annum of net assets over £200 million.
