On May 22, 2014, Dodge & Cox, San Francisco, USA informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that on May 16, 2014 its voting rights in
Deutsche Börse AG, Frankfurt / Main, Deutschland, exceeded the 3% threshold
of voting rights in Deutsche Börse AG and on that day amounted to 3.10%
(this corresponds to 5988382 Voting Rights).

All of these voting rights were attributed to Dodge & Cox, pursuant to
Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG via Dodge & Cox
International Stock Fund.
