informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that on May 16,
2014 its voting rights in Deutsche Börse Aktiengesellschaft, Mergenthaler
Allee 61, 65760 Eschborn, Germany, exceeded the 3% threshold of the voting
rights and on that day amounted to 3.10% (this corresponds to 5984482
