On May 27, 2014, Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, Frankfurt am Main,
Germany, informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that
via shares its voting rights in SAP AG, Walldorf, Germany, fell below the
3% threshold of the voting rights on May 26, 2014, and on that day amounted
to 1.16% (this corresponds to 14,264,008 voting rights).
Of these voting rights, 0.10% (this corresponds to 1,186,554 voting rights)
are to be attributed to Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft according to Article
22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG.
