Dissemination of a voting rights notification pursuant to Article 21
Section 1 WpHG (share)

Credit Suisse Fund Management S.A., Luxembourg, Luxembourg, informed us
pursuant to Article 21 Section 1 Sentence 1 WpHG that on May 26, 2014 its
voting rights in QSC AG, Cologne, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3% and
on this day amount to 3.0356% (3,768,510 voting rights).

Thereof 0.91% (1,133,619 voting rights) are to be attributed to Credit
Suisse Fund Management S.A. pursuant to Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 1 No.
6 WpHG.
