Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on Klöckner & Co. SE, Duisburg,
Deutschland, have fallen below the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on May
30, 2014 and on that day amounted to 4.98% (this corresponds to 4967550
Voting Rights).
