uns am 30. Mai 2014 die folgende Stimmrechtsmitteilung gemäß § 21 Abs. 1
Satz 1 WpHG gemacht:

'On May 26, 2014, the stake of Artisan Partners Funds, Inc., 875 E.
Wisconsin Ave., Suite 800, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53202-5408, USA, in the
voting rights in DEUTZ AG, Ottostraße 1, 51149 Köln-Porz (Eil), Germany,
fell below the threshold of 3%. On that date, Artisan Partners Funds, Inc.
held 2.92% in relation to all voting rights in DEUTZ AG (voting rights
arising from 3,531,100 ordinary shares (Stammaktien)).'
