Darktrace plc announces that on 1 August 2024 four Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") were granted Performance Stock Units ("PSU") and Restricted Stock Units ("RSU") awards under the Darktrace Award Incentive Plan (the "AIP Awards"). The PSUs are subject to certain performance criteria .The following awards have been granted:
· Poppy Gustafsson, CEO, has been granted an award of 336,350 PSUs.
· Catherine Graham, CFO, has been granted an award of 244,673 PSUs.
· Jack Stockdale, CTO, has been granted an award of 140,443 PSUs and 23,407 RSUs.
· Nicole Eagan, CSO, AI Officer has been granted an award of 88,943 PSUs and 44,471 RSUs.
