Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company, Springfield, MA, USA,
provided us with the following notification pursuant to sec. 21 para 1,
sec. 22 para 1 and sec. 24 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) on
June 2, 2014:

1. Oppenheimer International Small Company Fund
   The share of voting rights held by Oppenheimer International Small Company
   Fund, New York, NY, USA, in STRATEC Biomedical AG exceeded the threshold of
   3% on May 27, 2014 and on that date amounted to 3.01% (354,288 voting
   rights).

2. OppenheimerFunds, Inc.
   The share of voting rights held by OppenheimerFunds, Inc., New York, NY,
   USA, in STRATEC Biomedical AG exceeded the threshold of 3% on May 27, 2014
   and on that date amounted to 3.01% (354,288 voting rights). These voting
   rights, i.e. 3.01% (354,288 voting rights) are attributed to
   OppenheimerFunds, Inc. by Oppenheimer International Small Company Fund
   pursuant to sec. 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 6 of the German Securities
   Trading Act (WpHG).

3. Oppenheimer Acquisition Corp.
   The share of voting rights held by Oppenheimer Acquisition Corp., New York,
   NY, USA, in STRATEC Biomedical AG exceeded the threshold of 3% on May 27,
   2014 and on that date amounted to 3.01% (354,288 voting rights). These
   voting rights, i.e. 3.01% (354,288 voting rights) are attributed to
   Oppenheimer Acquisition Corp. by Oppenheimer International Small Company
   Fund and OppenheimerFunds, Inc. pursuant to sec. 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 6
   in conjunction with sec. 22 para 1 sentence 2 of the German Securities
   Trading Act (WpHG).

4. MM Asset Management Holding LLC
   The share of voting rights held by MM Asset Management Holding LLC,
   Springfield, MA, USA, in STRATEC Biomedical AG exceeded the threshold of 3%
   on May 27, 2014 and on that date amounted to 3.01% (354,288 voting rights).
   These voting rights, i.e. 3.01% (354,288 voting rights) are attributed to
   MM Asset Management Holding LLC by Oppenheimer International Small Company
   Fund, OppenheimerFunds, Inc., and Oppenheimer Acquisition Corp. pursuant to
   sec. 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 6 in conjunction with sec. 22 para 1 sentence
   2 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG).

5. MassMutual Holding LLC
   The share of voting rights held by MassMutual Holding LLC, Springfield, MA,
   USA, in STRATEC Biomedical AG exceeded the threshold of 3% on May 27, 2014
   and on that date amounted to 3.01% (354,288 voting rights). These voting
   rights, i.e. 3.01% (354,288 voting rights) are attributed to MassMutual
   Holding LLC, by Oppenheimer International Small Company Fund,
   OppenheimerFunds, Inc., Oppenheimer Acquisition Corp., and MM Asset
   Management Holding LLC pursuant to sec. 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 6 in
   conjunction with sec. 22 para 1 sentence 2 of the German Securities Trading
   Act (WpHG).

6. Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company
   The share of voting rights held by Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance
   Company, Springfield, MA, USA, in STRATEC Biomedical AG exceeded the
   threshold of 3% on May 27, 2014 and on that date amounted to 3.01% (354,288
   voting rights). These voting rights, i.e. 3.01% (354,288 voting rights) are
   attributed to Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company by Oppenheimer
   International Small Company Fund, OppenheimerFunds, Inc., Oppenheimer
   Acquisition Corp., and MM Asset Management Holding LLC, and MassMutual
   Holding LLC pursuant to sec. 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 6 in conjunction with
   sec. 22 para 1 sentence 2 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG).
