us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its
Voting Rights on LEG Immobilien AG, Dusseldorf, Germany, have exceeded the
3% threshold of the Voting Rights on 06.06.2014 and on that day amounted to
3.02% (this corresponds to 1,599,453 Voting Rights).
