On June 06, 2014, Mr Klaus Wecken, Schweiz has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
ESTAVIS AG, Berlin, Deutschland, have exceeded the 10% threshold of the
Voting Rights on June 05, 2014 and on that day amounted to 12.60% (this
corresponds to 2600000 Voting Rights).
12.60% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2600000 Voting Rights) are
attributed to Mr Wecken in accordance with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence
1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed Voting
