On June 9, 2014, Baillie Gifford & Co, Edinburgh, Scotland informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that on June 6, 2014 its
voting rights in Deutsche Börse AG, Frankfurt / Main, Deutschland, exceeded
the 3% threshold of voting rights in Deutsche Börse AG and on that day
amounted to 3.006% (this corresponds to 5801855 voting rights).

1.481% (this corresponds to 2737525 Voting Rights) were attributed to
Baillie Gifford & Co, pursuant to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6
of the WpHG.1.588% (this corresponds to 3064330 voting rights) were
attributed to Baillie Gifford & Co, pursuant to Article 22, Section 1,
